1. What Swenai is
Swenai (formerly Market News Terminal, "we") is a markets-information tool: real-time news, charts, and an AI assistant that answers questions using public market data. It is provided for information and education only.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on Swenai is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Markets are risky and you can lose money. Do your own research and consult a licensed professional. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
3. Data accuracy
Prices, news, and figures come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. AI-generated answers and rewritten news can contain errors. Do not rely on Swenai as your sole source for any decision.
4. Accounts
You may sign in with Google. You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't share access or impersonate others. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
5. Acceptable use
Don't abuse, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service or its data; don't use it for unlawful purposes; and don't attempt to bypass rate limits or security. We may apply usage limits at our discretion.
6. No warranty & liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of Swenai, including any trading or investment losses.
7. Changes
We may update these terms and the service over time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
